Set Up Your Business Account

WhateSIM Business is for hotels, tour operators, Airbnbs, and any travel business that wants to offer eSIMs to guests and earn commission. Setup takes under 10 minutes.

1

Create Your Free Account

Go to the WhateSIM Business dashboard and sign up with your business email. No credit card required. Your account is activated instantly.

Tip: Use your business email domain — it helps verify your organization.
2

Complete Your Business Profile

Add your business name, type (hotel, tour operator, etc.), and contact information. This appears in communications sent to your guests.

3

Connect Your WhatsApp or Instagram

Link your business WhatsApp or Instagram account. This is the channel through which your guests will receive and activate their eSIMs.

Note: WhatsApp Business accounts work best for automated messaging.
4

Set Your Commission Preferences

Choose how you want to earn: keep full commission yourself, share with staff, or set custom rates per product. All tracked automatically.

5

Send Your First Guest Invite

Use the dashboard to send a test connectivity offer to a guest phone number. See exactly what your guests will experience.

6

Go Live & Track Performance

Your account is now live. Monitor activations, commission earned, and guest feedback from your real-time dashboard.

Pro: Set up automated triggers for pre-arrival and check-in messaging.

Pre-Arrival Automation

Send guests a connectivity offer 24 hours before check-in. Pre-arrival messages see 38% higher conversion than at check-in.

Staff Training

Add team members to your dashboard and assign them referral codes. Staff-recommended eSIMs convert 2× more than automated messages alone.

Payout Setup

Add your bank details under Settings → Payouts. Commission is paid monthly once you reach the minimum threshold of €50.

WhateSIM CM

Configure Your Connectivity Manager Platform

WhateSIM CM is for distributors, aggregators, and large operators building their own reseller networks. It includes API access, white-label branding, and multi-tier partner management.

1

Upgrade to Enterprise or CM Plan

CM access is available on the Enterprise plan. Contact your account manager or upgrade directly from your dashboard under Settings → Plan.

2

Configure Your Brand Settings

Upload your logo, set your brand colors, and configure your custom domain. Your partners and their guests will see your branding, not WhateSIM's.

3

Generate Your API Keys

Go to Developer → API Keys. Generate a production key and a sandbox key for testing. Store your keys securely — they cannot be retrieved after creation.

Docs: Full API documentation is available in your dashboard under Developer → Docs.
4

Add Your First Sub-Partners

Invite hotels, OTAs, or other resellers to join your network. They onboard in minutes and you earn a cut of every eSIM they sell.

5

Set Commission Tiers

Configure multi-level commission structures. Set different rates per partner tier, product category, or destination. All automated and auditable.

6

Monitor Your Network Dashboard

Track partner performance, network-wide revenue, and eSIM activations in real time. Export reports for any time period.

WhateSIM Travel

Share eSIM Access with Travelers

WhateSIM Travel is for individual travelers. If you're a business sharing this with guests, here's how the guest experience works — step by step.

1

Receive Your Link

Your guest receives a personalized connectivity link via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or email — sent automatically by your WhateSIM Business account.

2

Choose a Plan

The guest selects a data plan for their destination. Plans are available by country, region, or globally. All prices shown in local currency.

3

Complete Payment

Payment is made securely via card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Takes under 30 seconds. No account creation required.

4

Scan QR Code or Use Activation Link

The guest receives a QR code and step-by-step instructions. They scan it in their phone's Settings to install the eSIM.

5

Connected

The eSIM activates automatically when the guest arrives in their destination country. No physical SIM swap needed. No roaming surprises.

eSIM Compatibility Check

Before purchasing, guests should confirm their device supports eSIM. Most modern smartphones do — here's how to check:

iPhone

Settings → General → About. If you see "Digital SIM" or an EID number, your iPhone supports eSIM. iPhone XS and later.

Android (Samsung, Pixel, etc.)

Settings → Connections → SIM Manager. If you see an option to add an eSIM, your device is compatible.

Important Note

The device must be unlocked. Carrier-locked devices (common in North America) cannot use eSIMs from other providers.
